...leaves on windy day....

We create music because, in part, language imposes boundaries for self-articulation that music is not bound by. Unfortunately, tonight was far too greater reminder of this fact. Tonight made us feel closer than ever that we were not to say what was in our heads; thus providing the classic example that art is purely for the spectator. That is, it seems clearer to us than ever that it's impossible to present perfectly a thought that is in one's mind to a group of human beings. Is completion the perfection of human life? Perhaps the reason why our forerground has become so dull, is that we've managed to gain the vision we've always desired. television displays, depicts the visions that so many idle minds feel is the articulation of their thoughts. What then, if not to chase the articulation of one's troublesome thoughts? The artist actually creates a vision for the spectator; not for himself. Through his creation he's tried to articulate a vision for his thoughts, but he can only succeed in doing so for his audiance; thus his search tortures him, and therefore, that is why he can't share his audiance's happiness. Does the fact that we can see ourselves in the past (and as a whole), make us believe that we are more than we really are? The fragile matter that we actually are? NO!! I think it's our ability to create something beyond this fragile matter. Our ability to paint ourselves in the background of the foreground that appears to us so dull and mundane. We shall continue to chase this dilusional tale that will out-run us beyond this tour. That is what life is........We hope you can finish a sentence that has no ending......... martin.
